We’re actively seeking a Financial Office Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our recognized Bucks County financial services firm, located in Newtown, PA.

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial service industry. They should be familiar with financial industry language and practices and be very comfortable working and communicating with high-net-worth clients.
In addition, they should be comfortable executing and continuing to implement our proprietary process “The Flourish Formula” throughout everything we do within our practice.
Starting salary is $60,000-$70,000 based on experience.
This is a hybrid position; the ability to work in a hybrid work environment is key.
You’ll serve as the direct report and assistant to our managing partner.
In this dynamic role, you’ll oversee scheduling, communication, and account management for all of our top-tier clients, ensuring that their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. You’ll also assist with client data gathering and document creation, using your keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and completeness. And as a key member of our team, you’ll track client-related tasks and updates using our cutting-edge CRM software, keeping everyone in the loop and on the same page.
